My office provides several services to residents throughout the district. My staff coordinates with both City and State departments to address a wide variety of concerns that are brought to my attention, ranging from replacing street lights to assisting with housing issues.

In many cases, those who contact my office are simply unsure of what department or agency they need to contact to resolve their situation. My staff frequently acts as a source of information and reference, referring people in the correct direction and providing additional resources and materials as needed. In some cases, and with the permission of the individual, my staff can contact the relevant organization on behalf of the constituent and work to resolve the matter directly. In these situations, a privacy release form or other method of authorization may be required before we can intervene.
